| I have suffered with these damn things since i care to remember and I always got the same answers when I sounght advice. Eat more healthy foods, excercise more, take vitamin supplements. The truth of the matter is that it is a whole combination of things. SMOKING AGGRIVATES THEM, when you smoke it will be 20 times more painful than if you don't. I gave up smoking one year ago and have recently noticed that I don't get them anymore, not at all. I started taking multi-vitamins, vitamin b and vitamin c supplements and this also helps. Actually I lie, I got one the other day and it was painful for about 2 seconds and it was gone by the following day. This is the big secret, you just gotta take the supplements and stop smoking. Sounds easy doesn't it? It's easier than it sounds. Just excercise some will power and you're home free. |
